great location, friendly service, clean room
friendly staff spacious desk convenient dining
the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions. the room had everything i needed, including a spacious desk and comfortable armchair. i also liked the on-site restaurant. It made dining very convenient.
i found that the noise levels were a bit high. i could hear street noise and some sounds from adjacent rooms. this made it hard to relax at times.

the room was very clean upon arrival. it featured blackout shades and a comfortable bed. the shower was great, offering good pressure and consistent hot water.

totally rad stay!
central location food options concert venue
i totally loved the central location near public transit, it was awesome! nearby food options were super convenient, even when i arrived late. the concert venue downstairs at august hall was a total bonus , i loved that.
i noticed the shower design allowed water to splash onto the bathroom floor , it was a bit annoying.

the hotel is near union square, offering easy access to many shops and restaurants. public transportation is easily accessible. august hall is located right downstairs from the hotel.

the staff was really friendly and helpful. they provided excellent guidance and recommendations to me. the front desk staff , especially irene, was attentive and kind.

the rooms have blackout blinds, these are great for blocking out light. the hotel is nicely restored with modern rooms. comfortable bedding and pillows are provided in the rooms.

dirty windows unstable internet
I was really annoyed by the dirty windows. It was hard to see anything. the gym equipment needed maintenance too, some machines were out of order. it really cheapened the experience. the unstable internet made working difficult!
